General Instructions

At the time of admission you are required to pay the minimum deposit as per the room category.

Do not bring/retain valuables during your hospital stay. The management will not be responsible for any loss of theft of your personal property.

Every patient will be issued only one attendant pass. This allows one person to stay with patient.

Charges of procedure will be billed according to the class of accommodation.

When a patient is shifted to critical care areas, the occupied room is to be vacated. However if the relative want to retain the room additional charges have to be paid. This facility will be provided if room is available.

If you are admitted for an operation you are required to pay in advance the complete estimated amount of surgery.

For patient, food will be served from hospital kitchen.

Transfer to higher or lower category will depend on the availability of bed.

The discharge procedure takes about 5 to 6 hours from the time consultant has declared discharge. Kindly cooperate.

Admission Procedure

Patient can get admitted to our hospital through our admission counter located on the ground floor. he can get admission details from there.

Patient can also get admitted through casualty department, if urgent medical attention is required.(Hospital levies 10% services charges on bills.)

Patients Responsibility

Responsibility for providing accurate and complete information about medical problems, past illnesses, hospitalizations, medications, pain and other matters relating to their health.

Responsibility for following the treatment plan recommended by those responsible for their care.

Responsibility for their actions if they refuse treatment or do not follow the health care team’s instructions.

Responsibility for seeing that their bills are paid as promptly as possible and following hospital rules and regulations.

Ask questions about treatment, risks and tests.

Report any changes in your condition to your health care provider.

Pay for health services not covered by insurance

Advance Deposit

Patients are required to deposit amount at the time of admission (except Corporate/ TPA/ Insurance pts) as per their bed category.

We request all patients /relatives to preserve all receipts for final settlement of the bill.

Patients/Relatives will be regularly informed about current bill and deposit status from billing department.

If patient is unable to deposit any amount, he will be shifted to general ward.

Discharge Procedure

Consultant doctor makes an entry of discharge in patient’s file.

File is checked by the nurse to see that all the entries are made.

Houseman prepares discharge summary which specifies treatment undergone and drug prescriptions and post discharge instructions.

Drugs are returned to pharmacy by concern nurse.

File sent to Billing Department.

The Final bill is prepared taking into account the advance payment.

On settlement of the final bill, a bill paid receipt is issued by the cashier on production on which, the patient can be taken home along with the discharge summary.

The Total Discharge procedure takes 5 to 6 hours.
