  • Arrival and pick up
  • Accommodation
  • Visa Verification
  • Information to Embassy
  • Accompany from hotel to hospital
  • Single point of Contact –Admission, Tariff Explanation /Counseling
  • Food from Cocoon (if Required)
  • Help Desk Number (Concern Person) should be circulated to foreign patient
  • Follow up and Discharge Process
  • Feedback Collection
  • Check out from Hospital
  • Special dietary needs
  • Accompany to hotel (if required)
  • All copies of reports/films after Consultation documented for patient
  • Coordination of Registration and Admissions

Nursing/Housekeeping

  • English Speaking Nurses
  • Dedicated Housekeeping Staff for the assigned Room
  • In case of Female Patient Female Housekeeping staff
  • In case of Male patient Male Housekeeping staff.

Billing

  • Different SOC is required for International Patient.
  • Before Discharge update to patient regarding the bill
  • Mediclaim

    Prompt communication with patient for the discharge

    Things in the Room - Tissue paper, Soap, Shampoo, pen, paper Pad and WI –FI connectivity

    Translator if required should be there.
